Elle Hansen joined Dallas based REGENERATION in 2008 and has been promoted to the firm’s Managing Partner. Elle is a multi-talented family business consultant with rich experience in privately held domestic and international companies. As a Managing Partner for REGENERATION, her primary focus is on helping clients put structures, systems and policies in place that prevent breakdowns and improve relationships within their family business. Elle is determined to help families find the balance necessary for a rewarding life.

Elle specializes in family business systems, succession planning, corporate governance, conflict management, communication, and team building. Elle serves as the lead consultant for development and training of emerging adults. She also hosts educational seminars. Elle thrives on finding new opportunities and solutions to puzzling family business challenges. She facilitates family retreats designed to provide a unique family experience by combining business development and relational bonding. The memories created at these family gatherings are just one aspect of the RPXP, an adventure-based experience offered exclusively by REGENERATION.

Prior to joining REGENERATION, Elle was the Director of OEM Sales and Special Projects Management for Korea based Matrix Shafts, a family enterprise. In addition, she oversaw manufacturing in all Asian and US facilities. She also served in the Composites division of Tokyo based Fujikura, one of the largest international firms in the world. Elle was also the VP for Baxter Elevator, a Dallas-based specialty construction family firm.

Elle has received her advanced certifications from the Family Firm Institute in Family Business Advising and Family Wealth Advising and has been awarded Fellow status among her professional peers. This honor is presented to individuals who have achieved comprehensive professional knowledge and gained significant expertise used to add value to family business owners and family wealth clients. Additionally, Elle is completing her iPEC personal and professional coaching certification. Elle and her business partner, James Olan Hutcheson are completing a new book, The Top 100 Family Business Quotes of all Time (anticipated publication mid 2018).
