Meet Elle Hansen, Managing Partner and Successor President at REGENERATION in Dallas. Elle brings extensive domestic and international experience to her role as a leading family business consultancy expert.

Elle passionately builds satisfaction, success, and generational pride within family businesses. She helps clients implement structures, systems, and policies that prevent breakdowns and strengthen relationships. She understands how to strike a harmonious balance so business-owning families can lead fulfilling, rewarding lives.

Elle specializes in critical family business functions, including family business systems, succession planning, corporate governance, conflict management, communication, and team building. As lead consultant for emerging adults, she equips the next generation with essential leadership tools. She educates families on continuity planning and intergenerational wealth, teaching them to foster unity through joy and legacy rather than obligation and guilt. She actively facilitates educational seminars and family retreats that combine business development with deep relational bonding. These retreats often feature the RPXP—an exclusive, adventure-based experience crafted by REGENERATION.

Before joining REGENERATION, Elle held key leadership roles in several notable family enterprises. She served as Director of OEM Sales and Special Projects Management at Matrix Shafts, a prominent Korean-based family business, where she oversaw manufacturing operations across Asian and US facilities. She also contributed her expertise to the Composites division of Fujikura, a Tokyo-based global powerhouse. Earlier in her career, Elle served as Vice President for Baxter Elevator, a distinguished specialty construction family firm in Dallas.

Elle holds advanced certifications in Family Business Advising and Family Wealth Advising from the Family Firm Institute (FFI). Her peers recognize her as an FFI Fellow—a prestigious honor reserved for industry experts who make significant contributions to the field and deliver exceptional value to family business owners. Elle also chairs the FFI Virtual Study Group, where she mentors and supports other practitioners. As a certified executive coach, she seamlessly integrates coaching methodologies into her client relationships to foster real growth and transformation.

Elle splits her time between Dallas, Texas, and Telluride, Colorado, finding daily inspiration in the mountains. An avid heli-skier, she travels to the Canadian Rockies annually to seek adventure. Above all her professional achievements, Elle devotes her heart to her large family, which includes twelve nieces and nephews, four step-grandchildren, and her cherished dog, Gracie.
