James Olan Hutcheson recently appointed as secretary on Highland Park Public Library Board

James Olan Hutcheson was recently appointed as the Secretary on the Highland Park Public Library Board, located in Highland Park, Texas. The library, which is celebrating its 125th anniversary this year, offers an extensive literary collection, as well as first-class services, classes and events. In his role as Secretary, Mr. Hutcheson will be responsible for the minutes of meetings and ensuring all of the Board’s policies and practices are recorded and documented accurately.
